Perform various administrative and project-related activities in support of the WOS engineering organization, WOS Cloud Director, his direct managers and the WOS Cloud team at the Folsom site.
Handles details that are confidential and critical in nature. Typical duties may include but are not limited to the following:
Successful candidate must provide responsible, quality administrative support to one Director, managers and their groups.
Draft and compose emails using current office software applications
Create and sustain systems for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer and disposal of confidential information
Schedule and coordinate logistics for meetings and events organizes and manages calendar/schedules for manager and/or department
Make travel arrangements and prepares expense reports
Maintains office supplies and helps coordinate departmental recognition
Assignment can be moderately complex and diversified in nature and may require working with teams in Oregon and Washington state. Work performed within generally defined parameters.
Limited to some decision making and critical thinking is required in resolving moderately to more complex problems for the department/division.
At least 3 year's of professional administrative experience desired supporting teams in multiple geographies and managers, primarily with teams based in Oregon and Washington state.
Requires highly organized individual with outstanding written and verbal communication skills and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, excellent Outlook skills. Skype Meeting, SharePoint must be able to create sites and libraries, access requirements and maintenance.
Demonstrate experience in problem solving, decision making, initiative and independent follow-up, ability to multitask in a fast changing environment
Must be a team player who will support project assignments from the organization's administrative team and from the department.
Understand goals and pressures of department and anticipates/initiates action, prioritizes tasks to meet deadlines, assumes ownership of department initiatives and ability to anticipate needs.
Knowledge of Intel process/tools, purchasing, hiring, planning is helpful.
