The Platform Team of the AI Products Group is looking for an Administrative Assistant. On this position, you will perform various administrative & project-related activities to support our business group.
The Artificial Intelligence Products Group grew from the acquisition of startup Nervana Systems in 2016. Our mission is to make it easy for deep learning software engineers and data scientists to train, test and debug models in a high-performance, easy-to-use environment. -Assisting with all aspects of administrative management, directory maintenance, logistics, equipment inventory and storage
-Coordinating between departments and operating units in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational problems
-Personal Assistant functions for AIPG managers
-Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities
-Preparing meeting agenda, meeting notes and internal support materials
-Making travel arrangements
-Tracking projects budgets, placing orders
-Performing multifaceted general office support
We are looking for an open minded, well organized, self-driven and creative person with following skills and experience:
-Experience on similar position for 1-2 years
-Languages: fluent Polish, very good knowledge of English written and spoken
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel and SharePoint
-Experience with effective time management & planning techniques
-Very good communication & interpersonal skills
