Intel PSG is looking for a motivated senior DFx engineer to join an industry leading IC design team. This is an opportunity to work on cutting edge designs including FPGA, processor, DSP, SERDES, IO, 2.5D multi-die packaging and other technologies that will drive future success. As a senior DFx (Testability/Manufacturability/Reliability/…) engineer you will be responsible for DFx architecture and implementation including DFx spec, test logic insertion, test mode timing constraints, ATPG and pre-silicon validation.
You will be a part of a DFx team to work on DFx methodology and flow to improve pre-silicon and post-silicon validation process.
You will closely work with IP and integration design teams to understand the design and functional mode behaviors of the logic and circuits.
BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering
6 year experience in DFT design and verification including both RTL and gate level
6 year experience in EDA tools such as synthesis and scan insertion tools, ATPG tools, simulation and debug tools, STA tools
A desirable candidate will have Design automation skill and proficiency in scripting languages such as Perl/Tcl, as well as strong communication skills, must be self-motivated, and have strong analytical and problem solving skills
