The Chandler Site Emergency Manager EM will be responsible for:
The Chandler Site emergency management program.
Serving as a backup Satellite Site for emergency managers across the United States and Canada.
Managing emergency management programs according to Intel Corporate Standards and the Intel Site Emergency Response Standard.
Reviewing, assessing and adjusting the site-level emergency management program and processes according to the Site Emergency Administrative Standard, Site Emergency Operations Center Guideline, Corporate Emergency Operations Center Guideline, Corporate Emergency Response Team Standard, Intel Crisis Management Drill Standard, and any superseding requirements of the Jurisdiction Having Authority.
Creating and maintains site Emergency Action Plans.
Performing a yearly risk assessment for each of their assigned sites to include input from Site Security and Environmental Health and Safety EHS Department.
Working closely with remote or local Site EHS contacts to ensure compliance to local or federal laws or codes.
Recruiting and facilitating training for ERT ORT teams.
Ensuring the Remote or local Site Emergency Operations Center, Office Response Team ORT/ Emergency Response Team ERT is appropriately staffed, trained, drilled and capable of responding to any unexpected event.
Purchasing Training and Emergency Management supplies for assigned sites.
Owning or partnering with the Site ORT/ERT program owner depending upon the location.
Coordinating recognition of EOC, ORT/ERT volunteers with responsible business unit.
Ensuring Emergency Response Notification System teams and call-templates are accurate, regularly tested, and audited quarterly.
Managing relationships/contacts with local emergency response agencies, ensuring contact is made with outside agencies at least annually.
Providing indicators to the Corporate Crisis Management program manager and developing relationships at the corporate response level.
Assessing after action performance of the site's emergency response structure and drive improvement as required.
Documenting and archiving records for program and regulatory compliance.
When applicable, drive a close relationship with the Director of the Site EOC and senior site management regarding the site's ability to respond to unexpected events.

Additional Job Description
Bachelor's degree in Emergency Management, Criminal Justice, Administration with Emergency Management courses or any related field.
Unrestricted permanent right to work in the US without sponsorship.
Master's degree and/or 2 years relevant experience preferred.
