Responsible for performing repairs and preventative maintenance on a wide variety of building and facility equipment, fixtures and systems. Installs, troubleshoots, repairs and maintains a wide variety of facility systems. Conducts preventative maintenance inspections and performs required preventative maintenance duties. Assignments are semi-routine in nature. Work performed within generally defined parameters. Some degree of judgment required in resolving non-standard problems. Normally receives general instructions on most work.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance of the facility systems supporting the Fab. Skills required should include the ability follow procedure, read schematics, question and "Stop the Job" if one does not understand the step. Successful candidate will need to demonstrate ability to trouble shoot system issues and clearly articulate this methodology. The ideal candidate will demonstrate their ability to safely work in a team environment with an emphasis on procedural compliance, positive attitude and strong communication skills. Assignments are semi-routine in nature and work will be performed in defined parameters. Some degree of judgment required in solving non-routine problems. The candidate will be required to work a compressed day or night work week schedule. The schedule will consist of three twelve hour days in a row followed by a fourth day every other week.
