Failure Analysis Engineer

Job Description
Responsible to perform system level Failure Analysis on Intel Automotive products and drive for products quality and/or reliability improvement. This includes PC system and/or tester testing, analyze to isolate the failing signal, applying circuit analysis to localize the failing circuitries/component. Uses all standard electronic test equipment digital/analog such as oscilloscope, emulator, Boundary Scan tool and spectrum analyzer to perform board failure analysis/debug. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:- 1. Responsible for automotive product electrical failure analysis.2. Responsible for improving product yield, quality and reliability.3. Participating in new product electrical failure analysis startup, enabling and improvement on the failure analysis process, tools and methodology, developing new FA techniques.4. Responsible for debug tool, function test setup and maintenance.


The candidate is preferred to have an Electrical/Electronic engineering degree or equivalent qualification. It is added advantage if the candidate has strong PC architecture knowledge, board Failure analysis skills and system manufacturing process knowledge. Need to have strong interest in technical work, good technical problem solving skill, good verbal and written communication and good team player.
