The scope for this position will include all manufacturing operations on the Santa Clara campus.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working as a Process technician with Mechanical, Ultra-Pure Water and Liquid Industrial Wastewater systems.
  • Interacting with engineering as well as other operation technicians to assure reliability and system maintenance.
  • Operating and maintaining either mechanical or water systems which support semiconductor manufacturing facilities. Performing routine preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing.
  • Utilizing quality systems and diagnosing process issues related to Reverse Osmosis, Filtration, Ion Exchange, Ultra Violet Light Sterilization, Waste Neutralization etc.
  • Maintaining analytical equipment and creating the Statistical reports Preventative Excursion Management Systems.
  • Utilizing Maximo Maintenance planning software.
  • Interacting with factory and other customers and stakeholders.
  • Role modeling safety and being involved in Emergency Response Team (ERT)


Qualifications

Minimum Qualification:

  • AA/AS technical degree or equivalent in the mechanical/water or instrumentation field.
  • Permanent right to work in the USA without requiring sponsorship

 3 - 5 years of experience in:

  • Operations and maintenance procedures for ultra-pure water or water purification.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ultra-Pure water operations experience.
  • Degree related to water purification.
  • Process instrumentation Flow, Level, pressure, analytical, etc.
  • David H. Paul UPW certification or equivalent.
