Test Content and Module Development Engineer

Job Description
Responsible for test and module development during pre-silicon phase, 1st silicon bring-up and release to production.Collaborates with cross-functional teams including designers, product engineering, software team and production sites across different geographical areas.Possess fundamental knowledge of all DFT methods for test coverage critical to Intel PSG's FPGA products.Exposure to multiple ATE tester platform conversion and define optimum hardware specification.


BS/MS in Electrical/ Electronics or Computer Engineering or equivalent, with a minimum of 1 year industry experience in IC Test or equivalent field.Good programming and debugging skills. Knowledge of ATE tester language is preferred.Fundamental understanding of digital and analog circuits, its associated test methods and fault models.Development experience in IC Test Development is an advantage.Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
