Digital Design Engineer (f/m)

We are looking for you as Digital design and functional verification engineer (f/m).

  • In this position, you will be part of a highly-dynamic Digital Development team for RF Transceivers.
  • You will use digital circuit design know-how and state-of-the-art validation and verification methodologies, tools and flows to develop complex low power designs for our innovative communications platform products.
  • You're going to work closely with the System Engineering, Circuit Design, RTL Design and physical implementation teams.

  • You should hold a University / University of applied sciences: master or bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or Physics.
  • We expect a highly-motivated candidate with good communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interests in problem solving and an attitude to convince people of own ideas as well as openness towards novel technical directions are mandatory.
  • The candidate should be open to work in multi-disciplinary / site / cultural teams.

Required technical skills are :

  • Know how in VHDL/Verilog/System Verilog implementation, functional and formal pre-silicon verification
  • Basic knowledge in logic synthesis, constraining and static timing analysis
  • Knowledge skills with scripting languages like Tcl, Perl or Python would be advantageous
  • Basic knowledge in analog/mixed signal/RF CMOS circuits would be desirable
  • German language is a plus as the local team is based in Austria and Germany

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, employment group G (

A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills. Prior to entering an employment agreement, the employee will be asked to provide all documents and references to verify any service times of prior employment. Based on provided documents the appropriate number of service years will be credited as prior employment.
