Candidates must have demonstrated a track record of excellence in creative problem solving, engineering support, and independently driving projects in a relevant engineering organization.Preferred candidates should have an AA or more advanced degree in a related technical field, and must have 5 years or more direct experiences in Fab engineering organization.Candidates with the following profile will be favorably considered:- those who are already Integration Technicians in current 300mm Fabs- well versed in MES systems in setting up split/merge instructions and special lot processing experiments.- experiences in Cu contamination prevention protocols and excursion dispositioning.- lot dispositioning and inline/e-test/sort data analysis using analytical tools.In addition, the eligible candidates must:- Have strong written and verbal communication skills, solid problem solving skills, and the ability to quickly learn and apply new knowledge and skills. - Have demonstrated the ability to work effectively both individually and in a team environment. - Be proficient at data extraction, defect analysis, and use of various analytical tools and automation packages.- Have good understanding of Cu protocol and cross-contamination impacts.- Understand the basic process flow and associated module interactions, as well as implications of downstream impact from improper lot adjustments.- Pay attention to details.
