As Equipment Engineer your responsibilities include ownership of tool sets (high volume production test cells: ATE, handling systems, ...) in lab environment, coaching equipment Expert Team and developing Machine Owners professionalism.
You will be leading task forces and trouble-shooting situations, ensure continuous improvements and drive breakthroughs of the tools/module.
You will be contributing to automation topics, coordinating lab and factory requirements, mapping them to automation systems capabilities, applying advanced troubleshooting, and drive software development of related enhancements, supplemental systems, and/or support and monitoring tools.
Furthermore, you will be working on cost saving initiation for maximization of lab and factory quality output and cost performance as well as enablement of new tool capabilities. In this multitasking environment which requires cross-functional and cross-site cooperation, both technical as well as basic project managerial skills are essential.
