Responsible for preparing and sending inputs to the payroll vendor for compensation calculation. Also, in charge of accurate payroll reports and continuous process improvement initiatives. Participates in the resolution of payroll issues and post mortems. In addition, documents new processes or updates documentation as required. Familiar with Business Process Management, Change Control Process. Focus on end to end understanding to ensure regional operational excellence.
Degree in Business Administrator, Accounting, Industrial Engineering or alike.
Proficient in English written and verbal
Payroll experience is a plus.
