The Windows* OS Division WOS is comprised of passionate, energetic, and self-driven OS software engineers and leaders who contribute to the architecture, development, implementation, and debug of new features and functionality in the Windows* Operating System. We work closely with engineering and architecture leads from the product groups at Intel and Microsoft to define and enable technologies for the next generation devices and Intel SOC's on the Windows* OS. Some of the job responsibilities involve:
Collaboration with multiple teams within Intel and at Microsoft to identify requirements and implement solutions for automating and optimizing the systems used for rapid joint development, integration, and validation of Intel software and firmware.
Helping to define and prioritize features that "move the needle" for coengineering infrastructure in terms of efficiency, efficacy, and scalability
Working alongside other software engineers to implement, validate, and deploy these changes to production-Participating in Agile sprint planning and execution to deliver results on-time and with high quality-Communicating clearly and effectively on technical details, status, proposals, etc.
