Job Description: Responsible for gathering requirements, developing and implement solutions within a specific group or function. Creates requirements, designs and develops application and technology, as well as end to end testing. Develops strong relationships with customers to understand business processes and identify value drivers. Responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of human resource information systems associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility, and usage of employee information, reporting and analysis. Perform testing and quality checks to ensure business and data quality requirements. In this position, you will be part of the Advanced Operational Data Provisioning organization of the HR Systems & Architecture Team and will be responsible for report development, advanced data analysis, design and development of dashboards, scorecards indicators tracking, create and process documentation and customer support. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: - Design, develop and implement Employee data reports for our customer base. - Be willing to identify and create innovative solutions to automate current processes. - Process data and convert them into value add and decision making information. - Working under schedule and meeting the deadlines to ensure the quality of the service provided program owners. - Support several Program Office data analysis demand under pressure and quick turnaround. - Providing solutions to immediate issues and creating or enhancing the existing processes. - Learn different technologies to support our data reporting platforms and advanced queries to satisfy organizational requirements to make data driven decisions. - Present to different audiences to influence decision making based on data.

Minimum Qualifications: - Currently in 2nd year of career related to System Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish oral and written with ability to express ideas clearly and simply. - A team player, good project management and strong problem solving skills. - Result oriented with outstanding attention to details, great customer service. - Proactive approach with good communication skills. Fast learner of new technologies and methodologies. - Data visualization tool knowledge such as Tableau, Power Pivots, etc. - Ability to interpret figures graphs, charts and trends and make recommendations to change the business. - Strong analytical skills.
Desired qualification include: - Basic Lean & Six Sigma, and BPM knowledge. - Descriptive statistical knowledge as well as tools JMP, R language. - Basic Big Data knowledge. - Data and Text Mining knowledge. - Knowledge on Business Intelligence technologies. - MS SQL basic experience. - Human Factor Engineering Experience / User Experience Methodologies.
- 2+ years of proven experience in data analytics and customer service - Analytical skills and Advanced Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
