Minimum Qualifications Candidate must possess a Bachelor degree in Science or Engineering Mechanical, Material or Electrical/Electronic discipline with minimum 5 year experience in boards and system manufacturing. Candidate must have working experience leading technical issue problem solving using technical, model-based structured problem solving methodologies and is familiar with IPC standards.Additional Qualifications includes Engineering or quality engineering field in ODM/OEM environment, direct working experience in or dealing with boards and systems integration factories is preferred. Candidate must possess good communications skills both written and verbal in English, be self-driven, able to work in a multi-cultural environment with respect and good teamwork. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills are essential, to drive strategies and tactics effectively with internal and ODM stakeholders. Certifications such as Lean, 6-sigma green/back belt, PMP or certified quality auditor are desirable but not required.
