Logistics Supporting Specialist

Job Description
Responsible for overseeing Customs/CIQ inspection activities as the program owner and escalation point. Working with Fab engineering closely to make sure that Intel is always compliant and no delays will incur. Solution provider for any related issue while keep monitoring suppliers' performance and improvement. In this role, the excellent skill of communication and interpersonal relationship is required for keeping a very good engagement with Customs and CIQ.Partner with Finance to ensure 100% on time payment for Legal Entity, ensure TPT, completion and integrity should be under control by close monitoring and accurate data analysis, As well as closing any issue from the State Administration on Foreign Exchange SAFE. Overall Manage site consumable offbook disposition including the data analysis, cycle planning, storage space control, and customs declaration.Other Logistics related job as business grows.


Qualifications

1.experience working in supply chain related areas with depth in all logistics functions program management, warehousing, distribution, global tax and trade2. Strong passion to work in a high pressure and dynamic environment3.Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills, Proven success in stakeholder management and influence4. Must be self-driven, comfortable with ambiguity and have strong project management skills5. Data analysis acumen is required. 6. Logistics system/tool owner skill is preference. 7. Good English in both of oral and written
