Job Description

This is a commissioned sales position. Responsible for Influencing and advocating Intel based products and solutions for all of Intel's Business units through a vertically oriented, solutions led approach to Business and IT. Responsible for working with a few named accounts in specific industry segments or territories where deep engagements require a multi year strategy with the customer around transformation and territory engagements take the more traditional approach. Impact should result in executive level trusted advisor status which should drive our relevance, preference and pull for our strategic focus areas. This role covers both ICs AND those Managing the teams.

The AE team will lead deal pursuit the RSD Direct channel team and be responsible for driving new business via ISVs and Systems Integrators. While predominantly externally customer focused, this role also requires developing strong partnership with the business units, sales and marketing colleagues, engineering and ecosystem partners, to identify, develop, qualify, propose, and close strategic opportunities promoting the Intel Datacenter product portfolio. Specific responsibilities will include: Develop existing pipeline and new business opportunities in multiple regions and verticals Engage senior decision makers and customer influencers, end-users and ecosystem partners. Review and analyze market opportunities and assessing the competitive and technology requirements needed to capitalize on those opportunities. Manage relationships and communications with external customers, OxMs and internal stakeholders and other partners required for a successful deal. Maintain sound knowledge of the industry, trends and the competitive posture of Intel's and other industry leaders in Datacenter Information Technology and computing. Provide regular updates to executive management and cross functional stakeholders on business development strategies and status
