Corporate Security Intelligence Analyst
Position Description:Corporate Services CS provides Intel employees the infrastructure and environment to create breakthrough technology that make amazing experiences possible. As an Analyst you may be called upon to gather information from a variety of channels, including human intelligence, other intelligence agencies, electronic and internet surveillance, interrogations, criminal investigation, and/or a variety of open source intelligence sources. More specifically, the Analyst's job duties may include:-Responding to requests for information in support of groups throughout Intel on such things as emerging threat assessments, country/city risk evaluations, executive trip support, risk assessment data, or other special topics.-Utilizing public record/open source tools and information to develop background information on subjects, companies, and/or events.-Actively searching available sources for potential threats and other important security information to Intel.-Analyzing the threats to determine level of threat to Intel and recommend appropriate action-Effectively communicating these threats and recommendations to Intelligence Program manager and fellow team members-Develop immediate and long term responses to intelligence-Identify and cultivate intelligence sources-Collating and validating intelligence, evaluating the reliability of sources and credibility of information -Collaborate with representatives from other government and intelligence organizations to share information or coordinate intelligence activities.-Developing relationships with customers to understand their intelligence requirements-Prepare comprehensive written reports, presentations, maps, or charts based on research, collection, and analysis of intelligence data.Corporate Security's Intelligence Analyst may also serve as an investigator within Corporate Security with a focus on the intelligence collecting, evaluating and processing resource in support of Intel's strategic security infrastructure to ensure the safety of its personnel and assets. As an investigator, you may be called upon to investigate a variety of incidents to include, but not limited to internal theft, freight theft, fraud, misconduct, and workplace violence prevention. Investigations may be internal or external and will require partnering with various personnel including, but not limited to other Corporate Security personnel, Human Resources, inside and outside council, technical forensic investigators, and law enforcement. Investigations are conducted in accordance with company processes and protocols. This position will also support various Corporate Security programs oversight or development that may include, but are not limited to pre-employment background investigations, workplace violence prevention, and various compliance programs. This position will make recommendations to Corporate Security management relating to security effectiveness, efficiency, and continuous improvements. Additional Job Duties: This position will work closely with, and at times provide coverage for other Corporate Security personnel including, but not limited to Security Operations Managers and Emergency Managers. This position may assist with or manage security during various corporate events, and executive protection details. This position may assist with the management of security suppliers. This is a salaried "exempt" position. Core hours are 8-5 M-F, but will require flexibility to cover both expected and unexpected events or investigations that will come up at inconvenient times during evenings, weekends, and holidays. Corporate Security is part of a larger Corporate Services organization that provides the infrastructure for every aspect of Intel's business. As a Corporate Services position, this position may need to assist from time to time with programs or duties that have no direct link to Corporate Security.

Minimum Qualification Skills Must Have Skills:-BS + 4 yrs. exp. MS + 3 yrs. exp. PhD + 1 yr. exp.in Criminal Justice or related field plus experience in intelligence analysis, investigations, corporate security, law enforcement, or similar. -Ability to gather information from a variety of sources, analyze the information, and form conclusions and make recommendations based on those conclusions.-Experience searching for and identifying risks and threats to the organization by reviewing available open source information. -Ability to apply effective interview/interrogation skills along with familiarity with investigative principles, including logical progression, link analysis, cause and effect, and documentation and evidence protocol.-Ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases while maintaining the standard of quality.-Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to build working relationships with internal and external partners, including law enforcement. -Excellent written communication and report writing skills. -Generally proficient with computers, and comfortable working with technology. -Proficient with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint. -Ability to obtain and maintain a passport. -Ability to travel nationally and internationally to all locations and countries where Intel does business, including shipping lanes. -Ability to self-manage and prioritize work with very little day-to-day oversight. -Ability to work effectively as part of a team. -Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and follow applicable Privacy laws, policies, and guidelines. -Ability to be flexible in an often ambiguous, rapidly changing environment. -Ability to think critically, apply good judgment, and influence others. -Ability to follow defined processes and procedures. -Must adhere to a strict Investigator's Code of Conduct for conducting investigations using only legal and ethical means. Ability to pass the standard pre-employment background investigation. In addition, your integrity must be and remain above reproach. -General knowledge of criminal laws relating to theft, fraud, threats, violence, extortion.
