Payroll Administrator Temporary Contract

Job Description
Performs computations and clerical duties necessary to prepare payroll information for computer input, adjust computer output, and process exception items or those requiring special handling. Responds to inquiries from employees regarding salary deductions and changes in compensation. Prepares, maintains, and compiles various payroll records. Assignments are typically routine and repetitious in nature. Work performed within narrowly defined parameters. Limited judgment required in resolving standard problems. Close supervision involving detailed instructions where work is typically checked and monitored on a routine basis.


Qualifications

Will perform transactional and analytical tasks for Great Americas Payroll. Will be in charge of executing daily transactions or revisions in specific queues and analyze exception cases for resolution. Also, will track generic accounts and distribute the mails to specific owners for follow up and escalations closure. Skills needed: Attention to detail, discipline, tolerance to ambiguity and processes changes, responsibility, tolerance to perform transactions with numbers mathematical approach and tolerance to repetitive and transactional work. Bachelor degree in business administration, industrial engineering, accounting or alike. Experience in payroll is a plus.
