-In this role, you will be responsible for coaching and supporting Intel Managers on concerns related to performance management. This includes assisting managers with workforce issues, helping managers prepare for employee conversations, interpreting policies and guidelines, and assisting with the preparation of corrective action documents and performance improvement plans.
-You will act as the coordinator for performance case management resolution, consulting as needed with Business HR and with HR Legal in accordance with company policies and guidelines, and applicable laws. You will coordinate reviews with employment law on guidance, as appropriate, in addressing cases that may result in potential legal action.
-You will keep necessary stakeholders regularly informed of the status of the case, informing team members of obligations to ensure a timely and accurate handling of the case in accordance with company policies and guidelines. You will review escalated matters with appropriate stakeholders and operate as an intermediary, as needed, between the manager and the stakeholder.
-You will participate in HR regional and global projects.
-You will deal with complex queries which may require other functions involvement.
-You will provide coaching, influencing, and dispute resolution strategies to managers and other customers in more complex cases
-You will engage in trainings and meetings in places and on time indicated by the Employer.
-You will contribute to any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Employer.
