Primarily responsible for the development and continuous improvement of scalable business processes for Intel's solutions business - supply chain and manufacturing processes to support a systems integration business. Defines a "marketing requirements document' - key business needs/SLAs and success metrics and measurable documentation of process, policy and tool changes required. Includes defining and/or executing against business reporting requirements. Determines a strategy, creates cross functional delivery team, Develops a plan/proposal for delivery, investment required and then which generally leads to process or function changes. May involve the recommendation to outsource future performance to a third party. Drives operational reviews of process effectiveness.

BS with 9+ years of experience or MS with 6+ years of experience in process design and process improvement
Change management and proven ability to manage transformation
Appliance or Solutions background in relevant functional areas e.g., supply chain, support, new product introduction
Knowledge/expertise in tools e.g., SAP ERP, CRM, etc. that support business processes
Excellent communications skills, ability to collaborate and stakeholder management
Supply chain transformation/manufacturing integration experience
Experience in an OEM, systems integrator or contract manufacturing business a strong plus understanding of the technical concepts - HW/SWLean/Six Sigma experience preferred
