To this extent, this person will synthesize and reconcile the broader priorities and the specific local priorities to meet the objectives of the program.This person will be a critical player on the APJ BHR team and will work through peers by driving clear actionable strategies and be the key person that holds the program together. Thus, the ability to work in complex/ambiguous environment is a must as is the ability to derive concrete objectives in this context.QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND KEY COMPETENCIESYou should possess a Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or other graduate degree with equivalent years of experience. You need to be a proven HR talent with demonstrated talent and organizational development capabilities and track record of results. In addition, we are looking for:--~8 years' HR experience with multinational companies and a minimum 3 years in a regional roles.-Experience with HR programs and initiatives ability to quickly understand, connect the dots and translate business priorities into HR implications and action focus.-The ability to assess, connect the dots and adjust to the impact of external and internal, local and corporate business priorities.-Knowledge of Human Resource related principles and business processes.-Strong analytical, problem solving, initiative, influencing, teamwork skills-Demonstrated ability to work and deliver results in a dynamic highly-matrixed and team-oriented environment able to build network, develop alliances and work through people. -Strong execution capability: Able to prioritize, devise action plans, negotiate for resources and support, drive collaboration and manage stakeholders.
