Product Quality Engineer
The Product Quality Engineer PQE will be responsible for providing quality support to IJKK customers. As part of the IJKK Quality Support Center QSC, you will be responsible for managing customer FACR Functional Analysis and Correlation Request cases, validating customer reported failures to assess the risk of quality and/or reliability, as part of Intel Q&R support, mainly for IJKK customers. Uses all IJKK QSC testing systems ATE/PPV/CPV/CRB etc to perform component failure analysis and debug, then compose engineering evaluation report to customer. Work with worldwide partner QSC, FA team and Division teams to evaluate the electrical and mechanical characteristics of Intel products to determine the root cause of failure. Analyzes failure reports on corrective action to prevent reoccurrence of problems at customer. You also will be responsible to forecast/setup/maintain FA test capability for Intel products in IJKK QSC lab to provide FA support to primarily focusing on IJKK customers. Strives to improve QSC operation efficiency and proliferate shared learning across partner QSC sites. Maintain necessary records and reports. Performs other related duties as required or as directed. It's critical you can proactively adjust priority, come up with new task/project in a fast changing environment to achieve orginization goal.

More than 730 in TOEIC would be required for effective and efficient communication to offshore counterparts
