Job Description

Responsible for the validation and characterization of NVM memory from the component feasibility stage through production ramp.

  • Tests, validates and characterizes circuits to guarantee component margin to specification.
  • Analyzes and evaluates component specification versus performance to ensure optimal match of component requirements with production equipment capability.
  • Analyzes early customer returns with emphasis on driving test hole closure activities.
  • Creates and applies concepts for optimizing component production relative to both quality and cost constraints.
  • Autonomously plans and schedules own daily tasks, develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment.


Required Skills/Experience (Must Have)
- BS or MS degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering
-at least 8 years of post-silicon validation and/or characterization experience.
- Demonstrated experience with Memory based testers Magnum / Magnum V and test code development, specifically C and C++.
-Demonstrated experience with the Semiconductor manufacturing flow Fab, Wafer Sort, Assembly, Test, Q&R.

Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice to Have)
-Demonstrated experience of device physics, circuits, statistics and fabrication process.
