DescriptionCore Role: The Accounts Receivables Student is responsible for following up the delivery of timely, accurate and compliant validated cash applications, debit resolution and reconciliation of Intel ASMO/ EMEA receivable accounts, based on the tasks agreed to be performed daily. Within this student analyst role, he/she also comply with our internal & external business partners SLA & indicators number and ageing of debit lines based on Corporate Credit and Accounts Receivable established guidelines. The Account Receivable analyst is expected to partner and coordinate with field Collectors WW, Controls Team and network with our main contacts in the respective bank accounts used by legal entity and with our payment advice supplier HRC. Competencies: Action Orientation - The Account Receivable student is expected to pursue work with energy and drive as well as organize/synthesize information in a systematic way. They will be expected to complete daily tasks timely and as per SLA. System Aptitude and Data Management - The Account Receivable analyst will have the ability to effectively utilize our main system of records SAP BoBj and Infopac, and HRC.Financial Analysis - The Account Receivable analyst will have to analyze, register and work daily with a significant amount of transaction impacting different LEs, currencies and customers. Given the previous financial background, accounting background is a plus in this role. QualificationsStudent of last two years in Bachelor Degree or equivalent, preferably business / finance related Flexibility to support a work schedule that starts at 7AM CR time for supporting EMEA AR logProficiency in English is essentialSAP system knowledge is also an advantage
