System Engineer Intern

Job Description
Seeking an experienced audio engineer preferably in Linux ALSA driver, PortAudio, speech recognition pre-processing pipeline etc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and leading the implementation of integrated audio components with Intel hardware, together with requirement clarification, component development/integration, unit test, issue debug/resolution and production. The responsibilities include audio architecture learning, audio component development, debugging, tuning, and documentation developing of new programs and subprograms, as well as, enhancements, modifications, and corrections to existing software hand-ons programming, developing, executing, documenting, and presenting work and results. Major in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or Audio/Speech recognition with related software design and development experience


Additional qualifications include: - Knowledge of Linux audio processing system and programming. - Understanding and rich development experience of Linux Kernel, ALSA driver, PortAudio. - Good understanding of speech recognition pre-processing pipeline, including WoV, Anti-reverb, BF, AEC etc . - Experiences in speech algorithm development with deep learning and verification in Matlab is plus - Proven verbal and written communication skills preferred. - Self-discipline, self-direction and tolerance of ambiguity.
