The EMEA brand, creative & events team works within an international environment with responsibilities across the Europe, Middle East and Africa EMEA region. Working with teams across a number of languages in multiple EMEA markets, the team drives excellence, consistency and efficiency in our programs. More specifically, we identify creative needs and work with agencies to produce creative content and assets, lead the EMEA Event strategy and drive tools and processes to ensure efficient communication that is on brand. We are looking for an intern who is able to take responsibility in driving specific elements of our programs, overseeing processes and managing trainings to ensure the broader organization is able to benefit from the programs we develop. In particular, you will be responsible for setting up forums to align our teams across countries and in central functions. Your responsibility includes the development of further tools and processes to review and approve creative and assets. Brand management is a critical element of the team's remit and we drive internal employee engagement as well as external brand experience programs. You will work on data analysis to help us better understand the results of our activities and get involved in developing ideas for new programs. We are looking for an individual who can work in a self-directed environment, has a passion for marketing and branding and is available for a 6-months internship.
Ideally, you hold a Bachelor degree in marketing with a focus on brand and design. To be eligible, you must be a student enrolled on a university degree.
The successful candidate will have superior verbal and written communication skills in English, a good level of attention to detail, analytical and problem solving skills as well as a creative, innovative mindset.
You should be able to demonstrate your ability to adapt to an international environment and be able to cope with ambiguous situations.
Experience in planning and organizing events will be an added advantage.
