The Administrative Assistant, is a fast pace, exciting, and a very visible role. Not only will you work with (and influence) executives, chief of staff/technical assistants, key staff members, and different internal partners, you will be the heart of the organization as you support multiple responsibilities. The successful candidate must be a detailed oriented, an initiator, a self-starter, and independently handle multiple tasks & responsibilities, with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will be a strong executor, communicator, possess strong customer service acumen, tact, and demonstrate good judgement. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• 5 years in an executive administrative role (or other related roles that require heavy calendar management, logistics, and/or planning responsibilities) • Previous experience planning, managing, anticipating, and problem solving complex travel requirements for senior management • Previous experience handling, submitting, and managing expense reports for senior management • Corporate level experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • High school diploma, GED, or related Preferred (Additional) Qualifications • 10 years of executive administrative experience supporting large/complex organizations both at senior staff and executive level • Corporate experience using SharePoint • AA or BA/BS Degree
