As the Director of Digital Marketing & Media - Intel.com, you will be responsible for architecting the successful strategy & execution for our largest owned digital channel. You will manage a team of digital strategists that is responsible for developing, implementing and managing marketing digital experiences in support of campaigns, product launches and other key business initiatives.
This position will play a significant role in delivering on key brand and demand generation objectives and is often a critical part of a larger omni-channel experience.
You will possess strong analytical capabilities to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points that connect to Intel.com.
You will develop and maintain solid working relationships with strategic agency partners both internal and external, Business unit stakeholders and partners, country digital marketing leads, and marketing strategy teams across Global Marketing & Communications (GMC). In addition, you will work closely with IT and the Digital Technologies team to leverage the technology stack to drive new, innovative and highly relevant customer experiences where appropriate.
To promote continuous innovation, you will identify key trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights aligned to business priorities.
Develop and drive the digital marketing channel strategy for Intel.com.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing initiatives, and assess against goals ROI and KPIs - Analyze key metrics and alignment to KPIs and goals.
Partner with Global Media and Analytics teams to continuously optimize the digital experience across Intel.com and drive desired results.
Understand and optimize key traffic drivers aligned to customer journey and desired outcomes.
Manage all aspects of marketing operations, including key personnel, budget, travel expenses and employee performance.
Evaluate and oversee the implementation of A/B testing protocols and procedures.
Drive SEO optimization across the site to promote organic growth of owned audiences.
Understand the alignment between SEM & SEO and integrated search.
The successful candidate's minimum qualifications will include the following: MBA or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years of experience driving successful digital strategies in support of company goals and objectives. A minimum of 5 years of management and leadership experience. You will need to influence many internal stakeholders and drive results through strong collaboration and leadership. Strategic thinker with proven track record of delivering business and marketing innovation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must as this position. Role requires interaction at multiple levels within Intel and across a variety of job functions.Skills Required: Knowledge of digital marketing industry trends. Familiarity of web design, user experience strategies, information architecture, and navigation structures and content strategy. Understanding of metadata usage. Ability to work effectively in a constantly changing and sometimes ambiguous environment, make decisions quickly, manage simultaneous projects, and work with many stakeholders across internal groups and geographies. Strong writing, editing, and communication skills. Working knowledge of CMS systems, Analytics platforms, Personalization & retargeting tools. Familiarity with leveraging big data to glean insights and translate into actionable deliverables. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Cloud, Adobe Creative Suite.
