Process Engineers in the ATM Die Prep and Die Sort areas have broad responsibilities. They must be able to use a high degree of judgment, teamwork, and initiative to resolve complex nonstandard problems and develop recommendations and solutions for process and equipment improvement. They maintain customer and supplier relationships and can respond to service requests from both. They conduct tests and measurements throughout all stages of production to determine control over process parameters. When necessary, a Process Engineer will work with equipment vendor Field Service or Applications Engineers to optimize process or metrology recipes. A successful candidate will demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position: Candidates must have a Master's or PhD in an Engineering and/or Science discipline such as Physics, Applied Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science and/or Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or any related field.
