Responsible for technical functions in support of engineering activities such as design, test, checkout, modifications, fabrications, of design circuitry, electromechanical systems, or specialized test equipment. Conducts engineering tests and detailed experimental testing to collect data or assist in research work. May perform operational test and fault isolation on systems and equipment. Assignments are semiroutine in nature. Work performed within generally defined parameters. Some degree of judgment required in resolving nonstandard problems. Normally receives general instructions on most work.

Candidate should possess an AA degree with 3-5 combined years of direct experience with semiconductor test, electro-mechanical stress and ESD test equipment or a BS in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 2 years of direct industry experience with the afore mentioned equipment.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in the operations of, and repairing various Automated Testers ATE, and Avantest component handlers.
Minimum of 1 year of direct experience with operating Environmental Stress Lab tools, for Reliability testing of semiconductors, experimental set up of conditions and monitoring systems.
Minimum of 1 year of direct experience with relay-based and field induced electrostatic discharge testing on semiconductor components and in maintaining the associated equipment sets.
A proven track record with demonstrated technical expertise/aptitude with the equipment sets outlined above is required.
The ability to multi-task is required.
The candidate must also be able to work within a team environment, with peers, engineers and managers.
Proven strong verbal and written communication skills.
