The Technical Computing TC Initiative, within the Enterprise & Government E&G segment in the Data Center Group DCG focuses on driving end-user demand spanning from workstation computing to the largest supercomputers in the world. TC not only contains some of the fastest growing and most dynamic workloads crucial to business innovation & scientific discovery, but works on solving grand challenges which saves lives including more-accurate weather prediction models, genomic sequencing of specific cancers, and solving energy discovery and production challenges to name a few.
Who you are- You own and drive all engineering and business deliverables, including P&L responsibilities, for our Lustre and HPC Orchestrator products. You thrive within a matrix. You are creative and approach challenges from all angles. You are both technically proficient and business savvy.
What you do- Drive requirements into, and hold partners accountable for delivery of, the product roadmap for both Lustre and HPC Orchestrator including OpenHPC.- Deliver P&L goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis using a metric-driven management approach.- Develop direct relationships with Senior Management and key decision makers internally, and with end customers within the target sectors. Actively participate in high profile vertical forums and trade shows, and represent Intel's direction and interest in industry bodies and public forums. Create excitement about and demonstrate the value of new technologies through technical conferences and presentations sometimes including to the press. Responsible for ensuring execution of product commitments and provides proactive leadership role in driving operational excellence across the operation. Develops and manages long and short range strategic objectives and establishes priorities. Manages personnel and ensures policies are applied consistently across the organization. Represents the organization at various levels of the company.
