Plans, provides resources for and directs activities in developing and implementing automated manufacturing systems solutions for TD and ramping factories, and for all phases of memory process technologies. Responsible for meeting schedules, cost and performance/reliability. Manage and/or coach engineers in pathfinding and technology roadmapping for advance/future technology research and development. Manage a pool of software and computing hardware engineers and provide technical coaching in developing new capabilities. Work with both upstream, downstream and cross functional key partners to ensure success transfer and ramp of new technology into HVM. The position is based in Hillsboro, Oregon, or Santa Clara, CA.

Must be able to lead large teams for design and implementation.
