The Bulk Chemical Delivery Technician will be responsible for maintaining the bulk chemical distribution systems of several buildings supporting multiple processes. Strong mechanical background on equipment desired. Technician will perform daily rounds and readings, monitor chemical usage, change out chemical containers, perform bulk offloads, respond to equipment alarms, troubleshoot and repair equipment, and monitor and repair control systems. Technician must be able to communicate well with customers and teammates. In addition, the technician is responsible for improvement processes, identifying non-standard situations, writing procedures, and implementing solutions. Technician will work in a highly independent manner necessitating good independent thinking and exercising critical thinking to solve problems.The candidate will be required to work a compressed day work week schedule. The schedule will consist of three twelve hour days in a row followed by a fourth day every other week.

The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits:

-Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills 

-Ability to work well in a diverse team environment and multitask

-Ability to work with minimal supervision and adjust to rapidly changing priorities

-Ability to produce results in a timely manner

-Self motivated

-Analytical problem solving and testing skills


Minimum Qualifications:

- AA/AS degree in Mechanical or Engineering Technology or related field.
- Applicants must have a legal right to work in the US without sponsorship.

Additional qualifications include:

- Basic electronics, equipment troubleshooting, installation, repair and operation
-Must be able to read schematics
