We research, develop, produce and deploy advanced computing solutions based on natural sensing and interactions, intuitive interfaces, immersive applications and user experiences. RealSense technology is charting new territory in perceptual computing by sensing, understanding, interacting and learning in ways that will revolutionize the way we solve problems – in both consumer and enterprise markets.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Compiler Engineer to join our Deep Learning team based in Dublin, Ireland. 

Responsibilities:

  • Software Engineers conduct or participate in multidisciplinary research and collaborate with hardware engineers in the design, development of hardware for embedded systems.
  • Collaborates well with wider team, mentors more junior team members.

Requirements:

  • Strong C/C++ design and coding skills.
  • Experience working with new/novel hardware architecture.
  • Significant experience developing LLVM-based compilers.
  • Strong background in Compiler Theory and Development.
  • Solid experience in developing offline and JIT compilers.
  • An independent and innovative thinker who communicates well and delivers

Perceptual Computing (PerC) is an organization within Intel tasked with the research, development, and productization of technologies for Natural User Interaction, encompassing both human to machine and human to human experiences. PerC aims to build technologies that would help users to have natural, immersive and intuitive interaction with computers through not only touch interface but also through hand gestures, voice and video. The objective of PerC is to explore consumer-focused hardware and software applications of close-range hand and finger gestures, speech recognition, face recognition and tracking, augmented reality and more.
