The job is to identify and drive performance improvement opportunities from collecting data by testing complex software in systems software, software development tools, and applications, both local and in the cloud.
May work directly with companies developing and optimizing databases, middleware, Java applications, operating systems, and other software technologies.
Usually working on an academic degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Computational Science.

Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.
-Candidate should working on a MS or a PhD in Computer Science, or other science/engineering related field.
-Candidate must have 6+ months of industry or academic experience in two of the following areas:
- Python Programming
- Computer Architecture and Compiler Technology
- Performance of Distributed Systems, Private, Public, or Hybrid Cloud - Java SE and EE Performance
- Workload Characterization
