Programmable IP Validation Architect------------------------------------------Intel PSG offers a large selection of intellectual property IP cores optimized for Intel FPGA devices, all of which are developed for highest performance, lowest cost, ease of use and fastest time-to-market.The Programmable IP Engineering group is responsible for High Speed Protocol IP development, which includes participating in high-level product specifications, logic/RTL design and implementation, RTL verification, IP FPGA emulation prototyping, validation and debugging. In this position, you will be assuming leading role in Programmable IP Validation Architecture analysis, definitions and implementation of target IP solution verification, validation and emulation architecture across Intel FFPGA IP cores to drive significant improvements in overall IP quality and usability, maximizing value and reuse of validation architectural solutions across the Intel FPGA IP product portfolios. Your specific responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:-Provide technology leadership, technical direction setting and vision, in the areas of Programmable IP Verification & Validation Architecture and process, including IP FPGA emulation and prototyping-Define Programmable IP validation architecture roadmap with engineering and key stakeholders, translate IP product requirements into validation coverage, test bench & emulation specifications and drive the relevant implementations-Understand potential cross Intel product implications and complexities, communicate, influence and work with a wide audience in order to help driving the defined verification and validation architecture across the product portfolio to maximize Intel's FPGA IP overall usability, quality and competitiveness-Identify key trends and emerging technologies that can enhance or impact the verification and validation architecture to maximize the value of Intel's FPGA IP Cores offering-Global leadership is expected to support a culture of idea generation and proliferation-Provide practical, innovative solutions to complex problems

The successful candidate's qualifications should include the following: -Bachelors or post-graduate degree in EE, CE or CS, or equivalent, with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience-Exceptional analytical and communication skills, initiative, promote innovation and teamwork-Ability to target communication appropriately across a wide spectrum of audiences, e.g. from engineers to executives.-Highly motivated to learn and adapt to fast-changing technologies and environments-Strong creative ability demonstrated with an exceptional track record of innovation and intellectual property generation-Experience in validation & verification technology strategy development, demonstrated excellence in technology development from research to product-Familiarity with Verilog, System Verilog and/or VHDL is required-Familiarity with system design is required-Familiarity or experience with RTL verification is a strong plus-Familiarity with Perl, TCL and shell scripts is a plus-Willingness to travel-Knowledge in the areas of external memory interface protocols eg. DRAM, SRAM, HBM, high-speed transceiver subsystems eg. PCIe, Ethernet, Interlaken, JESD, UPI will be an added advantage.
