Responsible for performing repairs and preventative maintenance on a wide variety of building and facility equipment, fixtures and systems. Installs, troubleshoots, repairs and maintains a wide variety of facility plumbing and waste systems. Conducts preventative maintenance inspections and performs required preventative maintenance duties. Assignments are semi-routine in nature. Work performed within generally defined parameters. Some degree of judgment required in resolving non-standard problems. Normally receives general instructions on most work.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance of the IWS Systems supporting the Fab. Skills required should include the ability follow procedure, read schematics, question and "Stop the Job" if one does not understand the step. Successful candidate will need to demonstrate ability to trouble shoot system issues and clearly articulate this methodology. The ideal candidate will demonstrate their ability to safely work in a team environment with an emphasis on procedural compliance, positive attitude and strong communication skills. Assignments are semi-routine in nature and work will be performed in defined parameters. Some degree of judgment required in solving non-routine problems. He or she will be required to work a compressed day or night work week schedule. The schedule will consist of three twelve hour days in a row followed by a fourth day every other week.

Minimum Qualifications: • Candidate must possess an Associated Degree in Water Treatment, Waste Water Treatment , Chemistry or military experience Additional Qualifications: Proficient in Microsoft Office required. Familiar with supervisory control and data acquisition systems. Must be able to work from maintenance schedules, blueprints, diagrams, procedures and other documented plans. Ability to function and interact in a fast-paced team environment is essential. Knowledge and previous experience with new equipment commissioning is highly desired.
