Are you a Change Management guru looking to work on a highly visible, high-priority program at Intel? We are looking for an experienced TCM leader to develop and manage a complex set of milestones coordinating across all Intel business units and regions.
This person's responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans to maximize employee adoption and usage new business processes and technology. This leader will work through others in the organization to succeed and will act as a coach for senior leaders and executives, helping them fulfill the role of change sponsor. Additionally, this change leader may also provide direct support and coaching to all levels of managers and supervisors or individual contributors as they navigate the transition.
