IT Support Technician

Job Description
Customer Support Agent for TAC Help Line is part of the TAC Hub Organization in IT Service Management. The Team provides CSR support to all Intel Employees. The operations in the TAC runs 24x5 that operates from India and Costa Rica. Duties will include providing phone and chat support, as well as strong focus on career development to increase the technical level and pursue a higher understanding of Intel operations. The candidate must: be a Team Player, love customer service, be willing to learn in depth about all IT operations and have fun while achieving the team goals. This is a temporary position with the possibility of become a permanent position with Intel.


Qualifications

MS Office & Windows 8 - 10 knowledge Outlook, SharePoint, etc.Strong Incident Management skillsOutstanding Customer Service skills Advanced level of English communication skills Written, VerbalBeginners/Intermediate studies on Information Technology or IT related field.
