Job requirements. 1.Candidate have to be willing work in day/night rotating shift. 2.Candidate required to plan day to day operation execution and resource planning. 3.Responsible of employee training plan and development for assigned module. 4.Should have good communication skills and stakeholder management. 5. Responsible for respective shift performance and delivery performance and connect to respective module engineers or GL for any escalation occurred during operation..
