Design and deployment of robust, stable, and manageable network infrastructure.
Manage technical projects to meet deadlines to ensure the completion of several related tasks.
Document network topologies and develop solutions based on customer requirements
Research new technology/products/tools, and analyze the impact of new technologies on the environment.
Monitor and perform capacity/feasibility studies and resolve network capacity issues.
Analyze and troubleshoot complex network issues.
Use judgment and data analysis to develop solutions for moderately complex issues.
Cisco Certified Network Associate or similar industry certification or ability to obtain with 12 months.
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience required.
2 years of operational experience supporting IT enterprise networks including: - Cisco/Extreme routers and switches - Sireless technologies Cisco/Arub - Experience with servers and operating systems with respect to networking - Experience with OSI Layers 1-3
Experience in the following areas - Service Management ITIL practices and principles. - Support for a Large network environment - Industry routing protocols and network management tools Network security and firewall
Demonstrated knowledge of network protocols and concepts.
Strong soft skills, self-starter and able to work independently, proven ability to manage projects. Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership in a complex IT environment
IT technical experience required. CCNA or similar certification required, or equivalent experience. Bachelor degree or equivalent experience required. Demonstrated knowledge of network protocols and concepts. Strong soft skills, self starter and able to work independently, proven ability to manage projects. Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. Demonstrated leadership in a complex IT environment.
