ASEAN HLS Industry Lead

Job Description
This is a senior IC commissioned sales position. Responsible for Influencing and advocating Intel based products and solutions for all of Intel's Business units through a vertically oriented, solutions led approach to Business and IT. Responsible for working with a few named accounts in the Healthcare industry where deep engagements require a multi year strategy with the customer around transformation and territory engagements take the more traditional approach. Impact should result in executive level trusted advisor status which should drive our relevance, preference and pull for our strategic focus areas.Focus will be predominantly on the Singapore market, both public and private, as well as private healthcare in Thailand. Customers and opportunities in other ASEAN countries will be evaluated on a case by case basis.He/she will sell solutions across the entire portfolio of Intel products and services coordinated through a large ecosystem of industry partners. He/she will be asked to build relationships with key account executives and add strategic value to their business. Individual will coordinate field and factory technical, sales, marketing, and management resources needed to win the platform opportunities. Coordinate appropriate ecosystem players and fellow travellers who are needed to win Intel platform sales. The Industry Lead will recognize and drive timely feedback on issues, marketing trends and opportunities back to Intel management and factory for inclusion in future products, strategies or initiatives for the enterprise market. He/she will report to regional HLS industry sales manager, manage customer project pipeline/wins in Salesforce and will be dedicated full time to healthcare. They will be expected to coordinate their account activities with the ISG HLS vertical management team. The ideal candidate must be self-directed and motivated, able to work independently and able to take direction in a fast-paced environment. Proven years of experience from engaging, influencing and managing internal and external relationships on executive level. Excellent communication and cross team program management skills in addition to the following: The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge and experience with the local healthcare ecosystem and should possess an extensive rolodex. The candidate is expected to possess a deep knowledge of HealthCare technology solutions that benefit their ecosystem understanding the Intel product portfolio is a definite plus.


Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a technical aptitude, Computer Engineering or Electrical EngineeringOR- Professional clinical or healthcare qualification such as RN or medical degree - 5 years of healthcare IT sales or business development experience Must be capable of building strong, direct relationships with senior business and technical customers - Deep knowledge of Intel architecture offerings and fellow traveler solution offerings targeted at healthcare provider data centers and infrastructure. Additional profile qualifications preferred: - Current and relevant industry expertise including technical in the Healthcare industry- Clinical or operational experience highly desirable - Excellent communication including spoken and written English business development and customer support skills - Strong interpersonal skills with proven track record of cross-group collaboration - Working knowledge of modern Healthcare architectures, applicable standards, and the operational processes - Working knowledge of Healthcare business models and key performance indicators - Working knowledge of service innovation and platform technology introduction / evolution processes - Working knowledge of fundamental medical technologies - Knowledge on IT or Cloud Data Centre infrastructure, including server & storage platforms, Virtualization and Operating systems - Excellent internal presentation skills and the ability to understand, specify and communicate requirements to marketing and engineering teams - Ability to work in a highly ambiguous environment and to achieve high quality results - Track record in delivering commercial solutions through eco-system partners with existing and current relationships highly desirable
