Ethernet ASIC IP Engineering Manager

Job Description
The Ethernet ASIC IP Engineering Manager will lead a team of engineers to develop Ethernet ASIC IP for Intel Programmable Solutions Group PSG FPGAs. Your responsibilities will include the following and more:Understand Ethernet design requirements and how FPGAs can fulfill these, for communications and data center systemsArchitect, develop, verify, and roll out ASIC IP products which implement Ethernet and related options such as MACSec, 1588, and TSNPlan group engineering work for product release cyclesDevelop and mentor staff for technical and professional growth


Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with at least 10 years of experience in ASIC development, with a complete understanding of the ASIC development flowProven track record in team management, development, and leadershipExperience with IP architecture, development, verification, and rolloutExperience with digital logic design with RTL Verilog or VHDLExperience with parameterizable automation of logic generation and verificationExperience with implementing and verifying Ethernet MAC IP, and silicon bring-upExperience with hardware debugging and validation using equipment such as function generators, oscilloscopes, and network testersExcellent verbal and written communication, collaboration skills, and cross-functional leadership
