The position will own the development and support of Anaplan modeling and hub maintenance for key processes in the Compensation and Mergers & Acquisitions organizations.
THE POSITION WILL:
-Be responsible for Anaplan projects related to Compensation and M&A.
-Be responsible for managing the data feed between CRM system and Anaplan system
-Be responsible supporting commission related system changes
-Be responsible supporting Deal Desk system changes
-Be responsible for managing data feed between Anaplan and various reporting tools.
-Be responsible for supporting maintenance of MS Access Database and MS Excel Macros.

-Overall 7+ Years of work experience
-2 Years of Anaplan modeling experience or any Multi-dimension modeling
-5 Years of Programming experience with VBA or any programming language and/or SQL Procedures.
-5 Years of experience working with RDBMS such as SQL Server or Microsoft Access DB.
-3 Years of experience with data analysis and management reporting in the area of Sales, Finance, Channel and Travel & Entertainment Expense.
-Advanced understanding of Excel 2007 and above e.g. macros, pivot tables
-Documentation of system flows and program flow
-Flexibility to work across multiple time zones as this role is global in focus
-Bachelor's degree with IT, Computer Science or Computer Applications emphasis. Key experience and skills may offset degree major, but degree required to meet minimum educational requirements
-Software company experience is greatly preferred
