Procurement & Logistic Student

Job Description
The Procurement & Logistic team is part of ICG Labs and Operation team responsible for the forecasting and procurement of Capital and Expense budgets. The Labs & Operation team is looking for strong candidate to support organization worldwide both R&D and Validation teams. The goal is to manage the entire order cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction. Successful candidate will have a Finance, Business, or Industrial Engineering background with the ability to manage complex budgets along with procurement. Financial planning practices is a plus. In addition to budget management and procurement, the candidate must be an advanced excel skills with the ability to analyze large amounts of complex data from multiple sources, generating a summary and creating a model to predict future spending trends. Daily activities include, but are not limited to, line item level budget management tracking forecast and actuals. Overview/Approval of procurement requests. Data analysis, indicator generation. Responsible for coordinating the storage, transportation and delivery of goods. Oversee and liaise with colleagues to ensure stock is maintained and moved efficiently. Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services. Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements


Qualifications

- Student Degree in Industrial Engineering - BSc / Practical Engineer / A degree in Business management or job related field or equivalent experience.- Enhance Excel skills including pivot tables and formulas.- Familiarity with International shipping Import/Export.- Strong communication skills, attention to details and fluent English.- Able to multitask and prioritize activities.- Knowledge/Experiences in supply chain - Advantage.- Knowledge/Experiences with complex budget management and purchasing process - Advantage- Can work at least 3-4 days per week.
