DCPAE GDC is seeking a highly motivated students to support our Server Applications Engineer team which supports North America major accounts and by providing technical expertise and guidance on Xeon design . In this role, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following.- Work closely with field engineering and customer design teams, including on-site technical support, to assist in design and verification of Xeon products - Provide technical support for customer issues and, if needed, orchestrate other resources in order to fully resolve customer issues and queries- Perform design evaluations and recommend strategies to optimize designs for important design opportunities- Work closely with other Application Engineering groups such FPGA and Information Management to close issues related to our projects- Provide help in Develop technical collateral and presentations for internal and external audiences- Remain informed and knowledgeable on FPGA, Servers Intel Architecture, PCIe protocols and cloud/network trends .
Inside this Business Group
- Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent student
- Excellent communication skills and English as a second language
- Expertise with Intel architecture, server&networking knowledge
- Exposure to programming languages and development platforms or Linux, real-time OS
- Knowledge of I/O devices protocols such USB/PCIe
- FPGA and OpenCL is a plus.
