The Senior Administrative Partner supports Intel's Dell account Sales Team. It's a fast paced environment where results depend on moving with speed and precision. The Senior Administration Partner will be a key conductor in the teams operations.
Responsibilities include but not limited to: Optimize calendar and schedule domestic and international travel, Masterful meeting organization, logistics and management, Effective Communication both internally and externally with partners and customers- Expense budgeting, spending and reporting, Creates exceptional correspondence, presentations and spreadsheets , Executes critical special projects as needed to support the organizations operational and business priorities, Meeting & Event Coordination and support including catering and conference room set-up, Office Management including ordering and stocking supplies. Motivates the team by managing collaboration platforms and the organizations recognition program.
Inside this Business Group
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other related field of study OR 5+ years of experience supporting Mid-level/Senior management in a fast-paced, complex environment in lieu of a degree.
• Prior experience supporting sales managers in a fast-paced environment
• Acumen in customer service
