This is a new position central to our highly visible Net Promoter System initiative. The role with be responsible to engage directly with our consumer customers on a regular basis. You will be responsible for implementing new programs to engage employees with the NPS methodology. Required is a deep understanding of customer centered design, survey design and implementation, as well as expertise with statistical analysis. Strong facilitation skills are needed to implement the program. Remarkable communication skills are a necessity. The ability to move between, strategic and tactical thinking is required to be successful. An ability to work well across business functions and geo's at all levels of the organization is vital. Ability to work independently and take initiative to solve problems. 5+ years experience. Strong academic background. Bachelors degree or MA/MBA or other advanced degree in Human Centered Design, Statistics, Project Management, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, would be advantageous.
