Sr Administrative Assistant - CCG Finance

Job Description
In this position, you will provide primary administrative support to members of Client Computing Group Finance staff, including coordinating and executing the management of CCG financial processes. Typical duties are diversified and require a high degree of judgment and discretion, including: Managing multiple calendars. Driving and organizing the CCG financial process meetings and coordination. Collaborating with exec admin partners. Arranging Intl. travel. Processing expense reports Using the Intel hiring tools to manage requisition activity and schedule interviews.


Candidate must demonstrate strong leadership skills, be self motivated and organized, have a positive and professional attitude, be customer oriented and be able to multitask. Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail are a must. Candidate must also demonstrate the ability to be a team player with the other group admins as well as be able to work independently, prioritize and manage to completion many support requests and project assignments. The candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment. Experience in coordinating with other administrative assistants in several locations is needed as well as excellent written oral communications and teamwork skills. Ability to work with minimal supervision and navigate the corporate environment and business systems (hiring, purchasing, scheduling, etc.) is critical. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Web/collaboration tools and other office productivity tools is required.
